The site will be developed as a mixture of pre-let design and build and ground lease packages. The site is located off the A444 at Swadlincote, South Derbyshire.
Sales to date have included Bison Concrete, Prologis, Astral, William Davies and Sladen Estates.
The Company is now pursuing a scheme for further mixed use development of potentially another 40/50 acres in association with community and sporting uses on the balance of the site.
