South Leicester DP, Coalville
Harworth Estates have entered into a joint venture with Graftongate and their specialist distribution fund partners at Legal & General. The first building to be undertaken by this Joint Venture will be in excess of 300,000 sq ft of high specification distribution unit, a planning application was submitted for the scheme in July 2007 and was approved subject to signing a Section 106 Agreement in May 2008. The site can develop extensively in the future and the second phase is likely to be undertaken as a direct development by Harworth Estates and will amount to approximately 250,000 sq ft of small and medium sized industrial units.
