Bates Staithes, Blyth
An application for a residential development in partnership with Banks Developments is currently under consideration by Blyth Valley Council.
The application comprises 327 residential units. The site will also accommodate a relocated school as part of the comprehensive regeneration of the Blyth waterfront.
